Refund Policy

At En Pointe Dance Boutique, we want every performer to feel confident and comfortable in their purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Please bring your original receipt for all returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and industry standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tights

  • Undergarments

  • Hair accessories

  • Special orders

  • Final-sale or clearance items

Shoes

  • Shoes may be exchanged within 14 days if they are unused, clean, and show no signs of wear.

  • Pointe shoes are final sale once purchased, as they mold to the dancer’s foot.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe an item is defective, please bring it back within 14 days of purchase. We will happily evaluate it and offer a replacement if the issue qualifies as a manufacturer's defect.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shoe Fittings

  • $15 fitting fee per dance shoe style if shoes are not purchased at that time..​

  • We recommend trying on all shoes in-store to ensure proper fit. Our staff are happy to help with sizing and style recommendations.​​

 

Pointe Shoes                                         

  • Finding the right pointe shoe is essential for safety, comfort, and a successful dance journey. At En Pointe Dance Boutique, we provide professional pointe shoe fittings to help every dancer find the perfect match for their feet, strength, and training level. Because proper fitting requires expertise and dedicated time, pointe shoe fittings are available by appointment. This ensures that a trained fitter is present and fully focused on giving you the most accurate, supportive, and personalized experience possible. We kindly encourage dancers and parents to schedule ahead, as our certified fitters are not always on-site during all business hours. Booking an appointment guarantees the specialized care and attention each dancer deserves.
